If you’re expecting a subscription box but the status on your orders page reads “unable to prepare” unfortunately we didn't have enough of your chosen snacks available to send. Any payment you made for the box will be automatically refunded, and if you had used a discount then this will be re-added to your account.
Not all our snacks are available 100% of the time - sometimes they might be temporarily out of stock if we’re in the middle of sourcing more ingredients, producing a new batch or tweaking our recipe.
Because of this, we recommend that you aim to have as many snacks rated positively as possible. If we’ve been unable to prepare your box, it might be time to have a look at your ratings and see if there’s anything else you’d like to give a go.
You can remove a ‘bin’ rating by ‘liking’ or ‘loving’ a snack. Click here to see all your ‘binned’ snacks.
We won’t be able to resend the failed box once you’ve reviewed your snack ratings, but we’ll be all set to prepare the next scheduled box in your subscription!
