If you've purchased one of our lively lemon flapjacks recently, you probably noticed that the yoghurt drizzle was missing from the top.

This is because some very last minute supply issues unfortunately meant that our usual yoghurt drizzle supplier couldn’t deliver to us in time.

We had already started baking the flapjacks so we immediately looked into some alternative options. However, none of the other yoghurt drizzles we found were suitable - they included either non-RSPO certified segregated palm oil, or ingredients we would never include in our recipes such as hydrogenated oils.

We didn't want to have to waste the flapjacks we'd already baked, but we also didn't want to compromise on the commitments we've made to our grazers about the ingredients we use - so we instead took the decision to send out the flapjacks without the drizzle this time.

We still reckon the lively lemon flapjack is delicious as it is, but rest assured we're working hard to get our yoghurt drizzle back in stock as soon as possible. Watch this space!
