Our number one priority is the safety of our customers, our staff and our snacks. Our snacks are made in a factory and bakery that are both accredited by the British Retail Consortium at their highest level (AA). This means we always operate at the highest standard of food safety and quality.
In light of recent events, we have also now taken these extra steps:
- Increased hygiene measures: an even more frequent cleaning routine in all our sites, extra training on good hygiene practice for our employees, and hand sanitiser stations throughout the whole of the business.
- Extra protection for our dedicated staff: we’re incredibly grateful to our amazing, dedicated staff, and to help keep them safe we’re making sure everyone entering our production sites is thermally screened, we’re providing improved protective equipment, and private transport to keep our staff off crowded public transport.
- Self isolation and visitor restrictions: we’ve put strict self isolation rules and supports in place for any staff returning from any international travel or showing symptoms, and have restricted external visitors until further notice
