We’d suggest double-checking if you've used a different email address to sign up, such as a work or secondary email address. If this doesn't fix the problem, please do get in touch and we can help. Please include your delivery address and the last four digits of the payment card you use for your graze subscription so that we can quickly find your account.
I can’t remember my password
Not to worry! Request a password reset email and we’ll have you logged in soon. If the email doesn’t make it to your inbox we’d suggest checking your Spam or Junk Mail folder, in case it has ended up in there (adding our email addresses noreply@graze.com and donotreply@graze.com to your Contacts or Safe Senders list can help prevent this from happening in the future).
