subscriptions:
You can check when your subscription boxes are due to arrive by heading over to your orders page. Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery date only. We use standard post so delays are possible and your box may take a few extra days to arrive.
Please allow 7 days for your subscription box to arrive. If it hasn't arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date, you can let us know here.
graze shop orders:
We offer standard delivery on our shop orders which means your orders usually take between 3-7 days to arrive.
If you haven’t received a card or your snacks within 7 days of your order being shipped, please do let us know by emailing shop.uk@graze.com. Be sure to include your order number from your confirmation email when getting in touch.
premium shipping:
If you've selected premium next day delivery, your order will be sent with APC. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email when your snacks leave us which will include your APC consignment number. You can use this to track your order on the APC website: https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking
If your order is placed before 2pm, it will be delivered as followed in most circumstances:
Monday - Arrives Tuesday
Tuesday - Arrives Wednesday
Wednesday - Arrives Thursday
Thursday - Arrives Friday
Friday - Arrives Monday
Saturday - Arrives Tuesday
Sunday - Arrives Tuesday
These timings do not apply to orders placed on Bank holidays or other public holidays.
If you miss your APC delivery you can schedule an alternative delivery by visiting https://apccalled.com/. You are advised to contact APC as soon as possible, as re-delivery is required within 7 working days of the original delivery date; parcels may be returned to graze within 7 working days if no contact is made with APC.
