Please note that our cut-off times change around bank holidays. If you’d like to cancel, or make changes to an upcoming box, you’ll need to do so at least a week in advance.
If you need to take a short break from your deliveries, there's no need to cancel your subscription. You can pause your boxes for up to four weeks instead (so you won't lose out on any special discounts you've earned!).
This can be done from your orders page.
When on your orders page, click 'manage my box':
Then click 'pause subscription' and use the drop-down menu to choose how long you'd like to pause your deliveries for.
If we’ve already started preparing your next box, it won’t be possible for you to push the delivery date back. Amendments to orders can only be made before our cut-off times. However, you can postpone the following box by clicking the 'pause subscription' button and selecting the next date you'd like to receive it.
