Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we’re not able to accept returned boxes. If you need to report a problem with your recent delivery, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Please be aware that returning a box will not stop future graze deliveries. If you are looking to cancel your graze subscription, this needs to be done online. You can find instructions here.
Have you received someone else's graze box by mistake? Just get in touch and we'll make sure the deliveries are stopped for you.
