Please note that our cut-off times change around bank holidays. If you’d like to cancel, or make changes to an upcoming box, you’ll need to do so at least a week in advance.
You can cancel your subscription deliveries from your orders page, here.
You can also cancel your subscription on your “my graze” page, by scrolling down to “my boxes”.
Click 'manage my box' or 'manage one-off box' depending on the order you wish to cancel:
Then choose ‘cancel this box’:
Make sure you click through any further options until you see confirmation of your cancellation, like below:
If you have just one subscription order set up then this will fully cancel that recurring delivery and no more boxes will be sent.
If you have more than one subscription order set up you’ll need to repeat this process for each one.
We prepare your boxes a few days in advance of when they are due to arrive, so if your next box is already being prepared when you cancel your recurring delivery then this final box will be sent. You can see our cut-off times for cancelling your order here.
